Warning Signs
Watch out for these signs — they tell you it's time for a tyre check or replacement before it becomes a safety risk.
The legal minimum is 1.6mm. Below this, your tyres lose grip on wet roads and stopping distance increases drastically. Look for the TWI (Tread Wear Indicator) bar.
Sidewall cracks or bulges mean structural damage. The tyre can blow out at high speed — replace immediately, don't wait.
One side wearing faster than the other indicates alignment, suspension, or balancing issues. Visit us for a quick check.
